The issue is that my operators cannot understand what is being said. The word and letters are not enunciated properly. There is not enough of a break between words and acronyms are enunciated as words, such as 10 A.M. is pronounced as 10am, like I am a customer.
A means of adjusting the verbage so it sounds correct in voice. This was available in the win-911 7 but is no longer available.
Hello Ronald,
Thank you for the feedback. You do have some control of what the system will say to you in the alarm formats but you're right, you don't have full control like you did in V7. For example, you can change menu prompts in V7 but you cannot make those changes in the new platform. We've discussed the possibility of opening the menu prompts for edit but have not yet implemented those changes, when we do, I'll be sure to let you know.
If you have some time, we can review exactly what you're having issues with over a call. Feel free to send me an email to discuss it further.
Regards,
Steven Rivas
