The latest version of the software is limited to one user or connection per email address for the Mobile connection type. In previous versions of the software it was possible to create more than one contact for the same user. Is there a functional reason for the limitation? The email connection type does not seem to be limited.
This was useful for operators to manage multiple schedules in a call out list for "normal working hours" and "on-call hours". A call out list could be quickly adjusted by plant operators by re-ordering the list. The new version requires both the individual contacts' schedules and the notification policy to be modified to accomplish the same thing. Attached are some examples.
