We're happy to announce that we have added Alarm History to our latest release, WIN-911 2021 R3. You can grab it from here, https://www.win911.com/download-win911/
Once you have the update installed, you'll be able to access alarm history for up to 31 days. If you're using the WIN-911 Mobile Hub, be sure to update it as well.

In the Mobile 911 app, alarms were kept in the queue until a person actually pushed the "Delete" button. This functionality should be put in the Win 911 Mobile app so that alarms can be deleted when a person chooses to, not automatically when they are acknowledged, which is the current function in Win 911 Mobile.
Yes! Please keep all alarms in queue until deleted. As a supervisor, I don't look at alarms in real time, but like to see the list of alarms each morning.
Or at least make it where the alarm has to be deleted instead of auto deleting after the alarm is acknowledged.
