We've been having issues where the voice gateway will prevent the operators from calling-in, but the call-outs seem to work fine. We're working to resolve that, but I believe a contingency for testing the system remotely would be beneficial.
My operations team would like to be able to test the call-out functionality remotely without having to go to site to generate our test alarm. Not sure what other details you need, but even something as simple as a test alarm within Win911 accessible from the mobile app would work.
