With WIN-911 connected to System Platform, when the Acknowledge Button is pressed to an alarm notification detail in the WIN-911 App, a popup saying "acknowledging" appears for about 15 minutes, followed by a timeout error. This is despite the fact that the alarm has indeed been successfully Acknowledged in System Platform.
I have been fighting this same issue for over a year, with multiple systems. Seen it happen both on FTView SE and iFIX systems, so it's not a system platform issue. At least give us a button to cancel out the acknowledgement spinning ring of death.
