In Operator Workspace for WIN-911, the values aren't defaulted to anything. If operators have to manually update the call recipient, they have to manually connect to the WIN-911 server, manually select the on-call operator, and then manually enter the delay/retry parameters.
It would be nice if there were features to streamline this process. This may include:
-Staying connected to the WIN-911 server, even when Operator Workspace is closed
-Default the values for the delay/retry parameters to the last entered values. Or maybe having some sort of parameter files that store the default values
-Enabling on-call/schedule profiles within WIN-911 that can be brought to active/inactive through Operator Workspace
