Time stamp propagation is crucial

Often times abnormal events in control systems do create chain of alarms. In the same time, with some disparate network, the latency of data transfer all the way to Win911 can be up to a minute or so. In such situations it is of paramount importance to preserve and propagate the time stamp along with actual value. In other words, Win911 shall be able to allow configuration for fetching and accepting not only a value but a time stamp via OPC-UA and Wonderware SuiteLink protocols. This way, the alarm recipient will have more appropriate information when the event took place.
