Ability to Delete Orphaned alarms for Win911 Mobile App
If the alarms are orphaned and are no longer present in the parent SCADA system, we keep seeing those alarms in the Win911 mobile app. The users should have the ability to delete these alarms from the app.
the tag says it already exists but that's not true, I have to restart the server app to get rid of them if they get orphaned during their life cycle. As of Mar 2023, the support team knows about this and said nothing could be done about it.
I have this problem as well. Recently upgraded to Win-911 mobile (last December) and following a PLC communication failure we have about 30 alarms that show in the mobile app that date back to mid February. I can see them in the win-911 log viewer as well but there is no way to select them and delete them.
Some of our clients show active alarms present in their Win911 Mobile App that aren't actually active alarms in SCADA or Win911. Somehow the re-notification got missed and there's no way of clearing the false active alarm in the app.

This is still happening, my mobile app is showing an alarm that was cleared out on Sunday morning. I don't see an option to delete it anywhere.
We have taken steps to eliminate orphaned alarms in WIN-911 Mobile. If you're still experiencing this issue today, please let our support team know.
