We are having occasions were an alarm gets out of sync with the alarm provider. It will not go away, as the Strategy has already ended. Also, we have operators that "Request All Alarms" and get alarms that have not triggered a Strategy yet. The alarm is acknowledged and inactive before the Strategy can activate, so it never gets an update. While "stale" alarms will be deleted by Win-911 after 5 days, that leaves a lot of erroneous alarms building up on the summary screen, or being reported over text ("get all alarms"). This a missing function, that currently is in the old Mobile-911 App.
